Before you list another SKU

  1. Pack deliverable under product/ (*.tar.gz).
  2. Add SKU to PRODUCTS with correct price_raw (USDC × 1e6) + checkout_path.
  3. Checkout HTML + FastAPI route (mirror an existing SKU page).
  4. Soft CTAs only: pitch / llms.txt / agent.json products[] — no new POST /x402/*.
  5. Sync box → VPS; restart store only.
  6. Smoke unpaid: health · orders amount · check pending · bad download 403 · pages 200.
  7. Copy payTo from live /api/health / env — never invent.
